Subject: Bonus and Ex-gratia

Dear All,

As per the client requirement, I have configure Bonus and Ex-Gratia for this year.
The condition is
Bonus is Rs. 3500 if basic is less than Rs. 10000
and Bonus is Rs. 0 if Basic is >= Rs. 10000.
Ex-Gratia is Difference of Basic and Rs. 3500 when Basic is <10000
and Equal to Basic when Basic is >= 10000

Please guide me.

Thanks,
Santosh
