RE:[sap-hr] Basic Pay Hourly Employee

Hi Vincent

You seem to have 2 queries. For both, you can create PCR's.
a)Hourly employees - monthly amt: - Is the hourly rate in IT 8? The rate could be through T510 for the pay scale, etc.
If so, the monthly hrs can be from IT 7: In a PCR NUM=Ixxxxx gives the hour fields from IT 7. For example, IWEHRS is for weekly hrs. Similarly, there would be a parameter for monthly hrs. You can use context sensitive help in the PCR when you enter NUM=Ixxxxxx; you can also find through possible entries when you press PF 4.
Or else, you can use a constant in V_T511K. In this case, NUM=Kyyyyy where yyyyy is the constant name. I recommend using a table like this than hard coding.

b)Annual salary: For this also similarly you can create a PCR and any constants.

For both, you can insert the PCR's in XT00 sub schema just before the pcr X010.

Regards, JG
