The HR director at the company I work for asked me to create a new rule as below:
If an employee on the flexible work schedule came after 11 am; forgiveness for the first time, second time the system should deduct ¼ day from his/her attendance, 3rd day the system deduct ½ day of attendance, 4th day the system deduct the full day and so on…
Would you please help me how can I create this rule into the system.
