Recently I noticed an EE with a back-dated IT0007 change did not receive holiday pay for the back-dated period. On 3/1/12 this EE was changed to a salaried EE and would no longer have to key his hours in CATS. The WSR was missed, and not changed and remained 99999(no time recording) thus giving him a 56 hour week. For the two periods with holidays it paid 48 hours, but no 8 hours of holiday. Any ideas as to what would cause this to happen?
