Hi nimmi,
We store the retroactive accounting date for the receiving payroll for a global employee in Infotype 723.Please go through following link:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_dimp50/helpdata/en/1f/ 3d9c515112884d9b28e3913526cda5/frameset.htm
Yes you first run the Payroll for sending country and then Payroll for the receiving Country.
Thanks

Subject: Global Employment - Assigning Two Different Pernr's to Same Person

Hi,

When we run Global Employment action we can assign two different pernr's to same person.(Ex: An emp Pernr: 788 working in India and we run global employment action for the same number giving him a new number Pernr: 789 for US location ).

So how will the employee data gets delimited and about Payroll how is it processed. Do we need to run both the payrolls or how......

I am confused can anyone through light on this issue of Global employment .

Regards,
Nimmi
