[sap-hr] Global Employment - Assigning Two Different Pernr's to Same Person

Question from nimireddy on Mar 8 at 1:24 PM Hi, When we run Global Employment action we can assign two different pernr's to same person.(Ex: An emp Pernr: 788 working in India and we run global employment action for the same number giving him a new number Pernr: 789 for US location ). So how will the employee data gets delimited and about Payroll how is it processed. Do we need to run both the payrolls or how...... I am confused can anyone through light on this issue of Global employment .
